The Penn State Nittany Lions look to start the year off with a second straight win as they host the Ohio Bobcats on Saturday. The Nittany Lions escaped with a win against Purdue last Thursday when Sean Clifford orchestrated an 80-yard touchdown drive in the last two minutes. The Nittany Lions looked dead in the water, but they were able to shut down the Boilermakers on two straight drives to give themselves a chance to pull out a 35-31 win in their opening game. Saturday afternoon they will look to avoid a letdown as they take on the Bobcats at home.

Ohio, though, will be looking to pull off the big upset as the Bobcats also look to win their second straight game. The Bobcats opened their season last weekend with a 41-38 win over FAU.

The Bobcats led halfway through the fourth quarter 41-24 but had to hold off a furious rally from the Owls to get the win.

The Nittany Lions come into the game as a 25.5-point favorite, but still have some questions that need to be answered. They did enough to get the win against a pesky Boilermakers team, but they didn’t look sharp doing it.

Saturday they hope they can find some of that needed rhythm and get a big win against Ohio.
