Syracuse football is 4-0 to start the season for the first time since 2018 as they host Wagner at the JMA Wireless Dome on Saturday, October 1 (10/1/2022) at 5 p.m. ET.
Mikel Jones, Garrett Williams and Andre Szmyt all earned ACC Player of the Week recognition for their performances in Syracuse’s 22-20 win over Virginia last week. For Jones it was his second straight appearance as a player of the week following a team-leading, nine-tackle performance against the Cavaliers.
Wagner presents a huge opportunity for Syracuse to extend its record to 5-0. The Seahawks are 0-3 for the season following their 27-7 loss to St. Francis.
