How to watch Bruins vs. Capitals via live stream
FuboTV is back covering the NHL this season and up first for the network is a doubleheader on Wednesday night, with the Bruins taking on the Capitals first.
Boston and Washington were the two wild card teams in the Eastern Conference last season, finishing fourth in their respective divisions. However, both suffered first-round exits, as the Bruins fell to the Hurricanes in seven games and the Capitals dropped the opening series to the Panthers in six.
This season, both teams are relying on their older cores. Boston has a solid group in Patrice Bergeron, Brad Marchand, David Pastrnak and Charlie McAvoy, however the team will be without some members to start the year. McAvoy, Marchand and Matt Grzelcyk are sidelined to start the season as they heal up from offseason surgeries.
The same goes for Washington, which turns to Alex Ovechkin, John Carlson and Evgeny Kuznetsov to lead the group. The Capitals begin the year without stars as well, as both Nicklas Backstrom and Tom Wilson are out with injuries.
The action starts tonight at 7 p.m. at Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. Here is what you need to know to watch the Bruins vs. Capitals game on opening night.
