Watch Cardinals @ Colts Live Stream
The Colts will be taking on the Cardinals on their home ground Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday in a compelling clash.
Both teams need a win and they need it bad; but the competition for it will be cutthroat. The reason is that both teams are in an at-par situation. Both the Colts and the Cardinals are stepping in with new head coaches appointed in February 2023, Shane Steichen and Jonathan Gannon respectively.
The only upper hand Indianapolis has against Arizona is their previous season’s 9-8 winning record. Cardinals will not only need to prove themselves this season but also redeem themselves from their humbling 4-13 record of 2023.
The Cardinals, who finished last in the NFC West, hope to avoid any injuries this season. The offence performed well, going 6-for-14 on third downs. They also ran the ball proficiently, averaging 4.7 yards per carry as a team.
RB Michael Carter led the way with seven carries for 41 yards and a touchdown. The defense also did well as the recorded only one sack but had five QB hits. Their pass defense was superior, as they recorded six pass deflections. If they can continue to restrict the number of scoring opportunities, the Cardinals can easily get a winning record.
The Colts, on the other hand, are coming in with a much younger roster. In their first preseason win against the Broncos, the offense dominated as QB Sam Ehlinger led the way and finished 5-for-6 for 80 yards and an interception. However, the O-line’s fault in turning the ball over twice was evident, which they’ll need to work on.
Here is everything you need to know about Colts vs. Cardinals, including TV and streaming options for the game.
